Malajube

Originally from Montreal, Canada, these four friends made their music know in 2004. With the release of their debut album, Le Compte Complet, they became instant indie darlings in their home province of Quebec. This lead to province-wide tour which also included a few major festivals. By the time they came out with their second album, Trompe-l'oeil, they had gain success in some English-speaking provinces and several states in America. This catapulted them to even higher fame with more tour dates, a Polaris Music Prize nomination, and 3 Felix Awards. Their most recent album, Ladyrinthes, came out in February of this year and Malajube is now up for another Polaris Music Prize.
