Despite being together for almost 20 years and just barely making the top 10 singles charts in France, they sure have made a mark on the French music scene. Formed in 1982, it took this group of friends almost 3 years to finally come out with single. Sadly, that song did nothing. It wasn't until 2 after that that Les Innocents scored a top 40 hit with "Jodie" peaking at No. 34. This lead to a debute album two years later called Cent Metres Au Paradis. After this the band's fame just kept on growing and each single and album became bigger than the last. Of course, this couldn't go on forever. By 1999, the members went their separate way but have claimed to still be good friends. In 2003, a best of compilation was released. Don't be too surprised to see a reunion tour in the next few years.
